Global Wines has been a Summerside staple for the better half of a decade, and even though we've made thousands of kits in store it never gets old! We save locals time and money by brewing their kits for them on our premises for a fraction of the price of purchasing finished wine from the store. By providing fantastic quality kits and excellent service, it's no wonder that hundreds of locals flock to Global Wines every year to get wine kits made for their weddings, christmas parties, special events, or even just for easy drinking!
Each kit produces approximately 23.5 litres of wine, or around 30 bottles.
Simply select the kit you want to make, and come in to sprinkle the yeast! Then after we take care of the entire brewing process (between 4-8 weeks depending on the kit), you come back at the end for bottling day!
Yes! We have an industrial sterilizer that we can put your bottles through before we put any wine in them, and if you don't have your own we can provide those as well.
We give you an estimated timeline when we start the kit, and then we will call you to set a time that works to come back and bottle.
Yes! We have standard labels that simply say what is in the bottle, and we can even make custom personalized labels for events such as weddings, birthdays and more!
Yes, many people choose to split the entirety of the kit with a friend.

Global Wines is owned by Curtis & Sharon Lynch, who took over the business from Ernie Noye in December of 2019. They have two beautiful children together, and always try to help their community with the gifts that God has given them, they pour their heart and soul into everything that they do.
My biggest concern is customer relationship, satisfaction and communication. I always try and make sure my customers walk away pleased with their service. I will do everything I can to make sure my customers don’t walk away disappointed.
I have a firm foundation in my faith between me and my saviour Jesus Christ. Both me and my wife love the Lord with all our hearts and we give Him all the glory and praise for everything we have now. You can be sure that honesty and integrity are my number one priory. This island is my resting place and home, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
